These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Booklidio's website and peer-to-peer textbook marketplace services in South Africa.
1. User Eligibility
By creating an account on Booklidio, you represent that:
- You are a student, educator, or parent authorized to enter into binding agreements in South Africa.
- All listing information, condition assessments, and ISBN details you submit are accurate and truthful.
2. Marketplace Transactions & Escrow Security
Buyer funds are held securely in escrow upon order placement. Sellers receive payment via Instant EFT within 18 to 48 hours following book delivery and condition verification.
3. Quality Inspection Standards
All textbooks must meet Booklidio's minimum inspection criteria. Listings that misrepresent book conditions or fail inspection will be returned to the seller or refunded to the buyer per our 48-hour return guarantee.
