We physically inspect every textbook before dispatch and back each order with a 48-hour return guarantee.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Condition Mismatch: Returns are accepted if the textbook delivered differs materially in condition rating from the seller's listing (e.g. undisclosed damage, missing supplementary materials, or heavy markings in a "Like New" listing).
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours (and up to 5 business days for shipping defects) of delivery confirmation.
- Item Integrity: The textbook must be returned in the identical condition received, with intact spine binding.

3. Courier Return & Refund Timeline
Once your return request is verified, our nationwide courier partner will collect the book from your residence. Upon receipt at our inspection hub, your full purchase price including original shipping will be refunded to your original payment method (Instant EFT or Card) within 2 to 3 business days.
