- Transaction Details: Prescribed textbooks purchased or listed, delivery addresses, and payment confirmation references.
- Payout Data: Bank account verification details for student sellers receiving EFT payments.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process textbook sales, condition inspections, and nationwide courier dispatches.
- To process instant EFT seller cashouts directly into bank accounts within 48 hours.
- To prevent fraud and protect academic marketplace transactions.
3. Data Protection & POPIA Compliance
All customer data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL encryption. We adhere strictly to the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and never sell student data to third parties.
